• If you are downtown, head toward Washington Avenue (which runs through central / southwest parts of city).

• From Range Avenue or Marion Street, connect to SW Washington Avenue by turning west or south as needed.

Coming From Interstate 10 (East or West)

1. Exit I-10 onto the most convenient connector toward US-90 / Madison.

2. Travel toward downtown Madison via US-90 or local roads, following signage into the city center.

3. Once in Madison, drive toward SW Washington Avenue (southwest side of town).

4. The clinic address, 256 SW Washington Avenue, should be on the corridor. Look for cross streets such as SW Marion, SW Range, etc.

5. Turn into the clinic parking lot or adjacent lot based on signage.

Navigation from the north (coming down US-221, or from Georgia)

1. Travel south toward Madison on a connecting route (US-221, or local roads).

2. Enter the city, heading toward downtown.

3. Navigate to SW Washington Avenue, turning from one of the main north–south streets (e.g. Marion, Horry, or other local roads).

4. Arrive at 256 SW Washington Avenue and park in the lot or street side, as available.
